DottaandClaude Fable 5 5f3f71a5e7 test(install): bootstrap e2e CLI via npm pack tarball install 
Running cli/dist/index.js in-checkout fails after build-npm.sh swaps in the
publishable package.json (externals like zod are not linked by pnpm). Pack
and npm-install the tarball instead — the same layout npm users get.

DottaandClaude Fable 5 d65836a155 test(install): add clean-machine install lifecycle e2e script 
Proves install --canary / install --ref (build-from-GitHub) / update --check /
update --rollback / payload reuse / bad-ref hygiene / service lifecycle /
uninstall-preserves-data on a pristine machine. Used by the PAP-14994
Docker + GitHub Actions verification matrix.

 		88408b2884 fix(install): build git checkouts hermetically against NODE_ENV=production 
installGitPayload's in-checkout pnpm install inherited ambient
NODE_ENV=production, so pnpm omitted devDependencies (esbuild) and
build-npm.sh failed with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND. Strip NODE_ENV from the
env of every build/pack command run inside the checkout so source
installs succeed on hosts that export NODE_ENV=production globally
(PAP-15205).

 		8c0ee1fc8c fix(installer): align install.sh help with git-ref gate 
install.sh advertised --ref/--repo in usage() while unconditionally
rejecting them. Remove them from the help text, use a supported env
example, and point the rejection error at the CLI's working
'paperclipai install --ref' path. (PAP-15204)
