DottaandPaperclip 7ab4636970 Integrate all three ACP providers through the shared verified registry 
Retain each native builder, profile installer, extension adapter and image-content input. Update the pack dispatch test now that Pi is installed alongside Cursor and Copilot. Combined ACP tests pass 616 cases; actual distribution/wrapper package checks pass 34 cases.
