Record Pi v3 immutable pack and timely startup proof
Retain version 2 paid/runtime evidence separately. Record complete closure reproduction, 95 focused tests, 25 package checks, 16 native Rust tests and zero-prompt launch results. Co-Authored-By: Paperclip <noreply@paperclip.ing>
