The actual patched wrapper now distinguishes successful, failed, and missing retry outcomes. Regressions fail on the previous wrapper and preserve terminal provider failure. Regenerate the wrapper, target closure and profile pins; the previous pack evidence remains historical until rebuilt after the foundation rebase.
