Fresh BOA22 run `56196b7d` selected the new qualified diagnostics pack and binary, then failed at 07:43:55.690 after 10m37s. Progress stopped at 96/1166MiB. The concrete error was `runner_remote_directory_staging_failed` with `timedOut=true` and “Computer command timed out waiting for SSH admission”; the UI classified the run as `native_session_interrupted`. There were zero runner connections and zero committed provider events, so the new turn-start diagnostics never ran.
