docs: update README "Works with" table with all supported harnesses

Add Gemini, Grok, OpenCode, Pi, and Hermes to the README "Works with"
badge table and remove the stale Bash and HTTP entries. Final order:
OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Grok, Cursor, OpenCode, Pi, Hermes.
The table is split into two rows for GitHub readability, with the
"Works with" label spanning both rows via rowspan.

Adds five new 32px brand SVGs in doc/assets/logos/ for the newly listed
harnesses.
