**Correction:** Local40 and local41 did not select the diagnostic artifacts requested by their launch scripts. `test-drive` clears inherited `PAPERCLIP_*` variables and loads the saved instance environment, which still selected the old runner and pack. BOA18's persisted attachment template proves that selection. The reported failures remain failures, but they do not qualify the new diagnostics. Only the two fixture artifact paths were corrected; the database and old sessions were preserved. Local42 restarted normally, and fresh BOA19 will verify the actual selected artifacts.
