docs(runner): Phase 7I gate closed — shot 5 accepted, revision 15 refreshes copy-stale captures

Revisions 12-14 verified on the re-captured chat-streaming shots (byte-identical on re-record). Revision 15 accepts the post-capture composer disclaimer and isolated-mock wording from the demo-hardening commits and refreshes the five captures they staled.
