DottaandPaperclip fe3d3550a0 Add external object status tokens and pill primitives

- Extend status-colors with category, badge, liveness, and severity tokens
  shared by every external-object surface
- Bump .paperclip-mention-chip min-height to 24px on touch viewports for
  WCAG 2.5.5 target size and add an external-object data-mention-kind hook
- Introduce host-owned helpers (label, icon, severity ranking, tone fallback)
  and a usePrefersReducedMotion hook so the running spinner respects motion
  preferences
- New presentational primitives: ExternalObjectStatusIcon (with stale clock
  overlay), ExternalObjectPill, and ExternalObjectStatusSummary

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
