Read only the current run access fields and typed workspace binding for workspace-operation polling. Keep the current privacy decisions, operation checks, and complete run storage.

Verified focused run-state, live-event, and real database privacy-route tests, full build and typecheck, all CI checks, and exact-head Greptile 5/5 with no unresolved threads.
