scotttongandClaude Opus 4.8 f5e6d346e6 PAP-72: combined icon+color picker popover on project detail (PAP-68 part 4)

Replace the detail-page color-only popover with a single combined picker:
icon search/grid (reusing PROJECT_ICONS + PROJECT_ICON_NAMES infra from part 3)
on top, color swatch row (with neutral-gray reset) below a divider. Clicking
the header tile opens one popover; choosing an icon -> updateProject({icon}),
choosing a color -> updateProject({color}). Popover stays open across
selections so both can be set in one pass.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
