DottaandPaperclip fcf2b8efff feat(ui): add Storybook setup with foundation and product stories

Set up Storybook 10 with React-Vite, Tailwind, dark/light theme toggle,
and comprehensive provider wrapping. Includes five story files covering
UI primitives, status language, control-plane surfaces, and converted
UX lab pages with fixture-backed data.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
