DottaandPaperclip f48fc5bceb Add CloudUpstream UX lab page for design review captures

Fixture-driven lab at /ux-lab/cloud-upstream renders the cloud-upstream
page in 8 distinct states (settings pane, connect wizard, schema-mismatch
hard block, preview with conflicts, clean preview, durable progress,
failed-with-retry, finish/activation) using mock data — avoids the
multi-hour cost of seeding a real local-to-cloud run for screenshot
capture. Used to back PAP-9752 captures attached to PAP-9704.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
