- Expand bundled/company-defaults/core-exec-team to add QA agent and
  task-planning/issue-triage/qa-acceptance skill requirements, mirroring
  the historical CEO onboarding flow inside the catalog package rules.
- Add bundled/software-development/product-engineering (CTO, senior-coder,
  QA, weekly engineering sync) for software-focused installs.
- Add bundled/product/product-design (UXDesigner, wireframe + design-critique
  + task-planning) for design-focused installs.
- Update shipped-catalog.test.ts expected keys for new bundled entries.
- Regenerate generated/catalog.json (4 teams, all markdown_only).
- Document migration status, deferred entries, and compatibility tests
  required before legacy onboarding assets can be removed in
  packages/teams-catalog/MIGRATION.md.

Existing optional/content/content-machine is kept as-is — it remains the
canonical fixture for local-skill resolution and matches the plan's
example optional entry.
