DottaandPaperclip f2f03ce15e Preserve company prefix in cloud upstream redirect URI

The cloud upstream connect flow built `redirectUri` and the post-finish
`replaceState` from the root path `/company/settings/cloud-upstream`,
dropping the company prefix (e.g. `/PAP/...`). On the 302 return from the
cloud, the React router had no company in context and bounced the user
to `/<defaultCompany>/dashboard`, dropping the `code`/`state` query
params and leaving the connection stuck at `token_status='pending'`.

Use `applyCompanyPrefix` against the selected company's issue prefix so
both the redirect URI and the URL cleanup land back on the same
company-scoped settings route.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
