DottaandPaperclip f2b71590cc Add Reflection Coach built-in bundle status UI (PAP-13099)

Implements the bundle status panel for the Reflection Coach built-in agent on
AgentDetail, per the PAP-13097 UX spec and the PAP-13098 server contract:

- ResourceStatusChip: readiness + drift chip grammar (ready/needs-setup/missing/
  update-available/drifted/schedule-off), token-only via brandChipBadge, glyph +
  word so state is never color-alone (WCAG 1.4.1).
- BuiltInBundlePanel: adapter/skill/instructions/routine rows with per-resource
  Update/Reset/Recreate actions (confirm dialogs, ux-spec §8 copy), View links,
  and the zero-token-by-default routine row. Adapter readiness derives from the
  agent lifecycle status; skill/instructions/routine from state.resources.
- Scoped per-resource reset wired to built-in-agents/:key/reset { resources:[kind] }
  (re-materializes one resource to the newest shipped default, preserving other
  edits and adapter credentials); Configure opens the existing modal.
- API client: BuiltInAgentBundleMeta + BuiltInManagedResourceState types,
  resources[] on BuiltInAgentState, scoped reset + reconcile.
- Storybook board + BuiltInBundlePanel.test.tsx (7 tests). tsc, token-gates,
  and tests green.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
