DottaandPaperclip ea970f478c fix(workspaces): keep selected source provisioning off controller ...

Bind provisioning to the selected execution environment and durable copy-only
source lineage. Preserve suppression through reuse, rebuild, metadata changes
and reopen while retaining implicit trusted local defaults.
