DottaandPaperclip e82e8c6b15 Close ux-spec gaps in folder UI: undo move, all-unfiled nudge, search folder badge

- Extract FolderRailItem as a named shared component (nesting-ready slot per §3.1/3.2)
- Undo action on single-item move toasts for routines and skills (§5.1)
- ToastAction now supports onClick handlers alongside href links
- Dismissible AllUnfiledBanner on both surfaces when items exist but no folders (§6.3)
- Skills search spans all folders and result cards show their folder (user story 5)
- Component tests: move flow via MoveToMenu, inline rename, dialogs, mobile sheet,
  banner dismissal persistence, Unfiled filtering + empty-folder page states

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
