DottaandPaperclip 5b6945401c fix(opencode): retain runtime proxy and certificate settings ...

Use isolated Node HTTP and HTTPS agents for authenticated gateway requests, preserving proxy fallbacks, bypasses, and selected certificate trust. Keep harness loopback traffic outside outbound proxies.
