DottaandClaude Opus 4.7 d8be84c11e Storybook: cheap-lane and model-profile stories

Add NewIssueDialog stories that exercise the Primary/Cheap/Custom
segmented control (including the unsupported-adapter case where Cheap
is hidden), plus an IssueRunLedger story covering applied-cheap,
fallback-to-primary, and baseline runs without a profile badge. Fix
the storybook companies fixture to use the wrapped
{ companies, unauthorized } shape introduced in d95968a9 so the global
CompanyProvider stops crashing on render.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
