DottaandPaperclip d8a9b3eb0c fix(ui): show task identifiers in activity toasts (#18802) ...

Project the company-scoped identifier for authorized task events and use it in toast titles, fallback bodies, and links. Retain authorized delivery when the optional identifier lookup fails.
