DottaandPaperclip d832e56fcb feat(repositories): company catalog UI, GitHub multi-select flow, detail

Add the company Repositories destination (nav + route + BOARD_ROUTE_ROOTS)
with empty/populated/search/error states, per-connection sync health,
linked-project/direct-grant counts, and a manual repository fallback.
Add the guided GitHub connection dialog (authorize -> complete -> searchable
paginated discovery -> partial multi-select import) and a repository detail
metadata/health surface. Token-only styling.

Tests (RTL-free, createRoot): empty/populated/search/error catalog, manual
fallback, and connection success/error/retry + partial multi-select import
+ search/pagination.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
