Own all six HTTP provider lifetimes from listen through boot and nested cleanup. Preserve callback failures while closing active connections even when runtime or database cleanup rejects. Qualify real failed boots, active HTTP shutdown, and all affected journeys without changing the recorded idle fixtures.
