Devin Foley cdf3601923 fix(ui): settle superseded preview requests silently

A preview left in flight across a structural configuration change could
still publish its result or error, so the page described a package that
was no longer selected. Previews now carry a request generation that
structural changes bump: a superseded preview keeps its progress panel
while running (imports and previews stay attached per the earlier fix)
but settles silently — no stale preview render, error panel, or toast.
Imports are deliberately not gated: they mutate the server, so their
outcome is always published. Component tests cover the silent settle and
the current-request failure path.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
