Read the lifecycle, process, and typed context evidence consumed by execution blockers. Preserve full result evidence, native workspace receipts, current state checks, and stored history.

Validated with 458 real PostgreSQL and recovery tests, full build, recursive typecheck, all55 CI checks, and Greptile 5/5.
