Limit connection configuration and reconnect operations to the connection creator or a connection manager. Keep agent installs self-service for members who have connection access.

Require agent or company installs when minting connection tokens and generating managed MCP gateway configuration. Add audit events for grant and install mutations, and map owner and admin roles to the default tools permissions.

Add focused coverage for install enforcement, delegation isolation, creator-or-manager authorization, self-service installs, role defaults, and audit events.
