Ship `paperclipai/optional/knowledge/okf-knowledge`, an installable (not default-on) catalog skill that round-trips company knowledge through Google's Open Knowledge Format (OKF) v0.1 — a tool-neutral directory of markdown + YAML-frontmatter concept files with index.md/log.md/okf.yaml. - scripts/okf-export.mjs: dependency-free builder that turns a Paperclip knowledge dump (memory, skills, issue decisions, docs, Content Machine sources) into a conformant OKF bundle. - scripts/okf-validate.mjs: bundle conformance checker (errors only on missing/unparseable frontmatter or missing `type`; tolerates broken cross-links and unknown types per spec). - references/: condensed OKF spec, Paperclip→OKF export mapping + dump schema, and an import procedure with a trust-boundary note. - sample-bundle/: complete conformant example (the exporter's own output). - src/okf-knowledge.test.ts: 13 unit tests over the builder + validator; registered the skill in shipped-catalog.test.ts and regenerated the catalog manifest.
