For the reusable-skill request, prove ordinary library discovery, editable Studio checklist content and reload with the same saved version instead of prescribing a chat-link format. Keep current-version/content/attribution/assignment checks and all other skill contracts unchanged; record the explicit authoring v2 conditions.
