DottaandPaperclip bcc88b561a PAP-2778 Wrap waiting pills instead of overflowing

The Target/Owner/Resume chips in the explicit-wait IssueBlockedNotice
banner used inline-flex with `truncate max-w-[Nrem]` on inner spans, so
on narrow viewports a single chip (especially Resume's full sentence)
extended past the container edge. Cap each chip at max-w-full and let
the value span wrap on word boundaries; desktop layout is unchanged.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
