DottaandClaude Fable 5 b8741b4ec5 fix(storybook): repair gateways token fixtures and mask the reasoning ticker

The gateways stories crashed at render because the token fixtures predate
the tokenPrefix/clientLabel/allowedActions fields the tab now reads (the
'as unknown as' cast hid it from typecheck). The ux-lab rotating-reasoning
ticker animates by design and never settles between capture attempts, so
its two line containers join MASKED_SELECTORS.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
