DottaandClaude Fable 5 b8741b4ec5 fix(storybook): repair gateways token fixtures and mask the reasoning ticker ...

The gateways stories crashed at render because the token fixtures predate
the tokenPrefix/clientLabel/allowedActions fields the tab now reads (the
'as unknown as' cast hid it from typecheck). The ux-lab rotating-reasoning
ticker animates by design and never settles between capture attempts, so
its two line containers join MASKED_SELECTORS.
