DottaandClaude Opus 4.8 b36b893e1b feat: Settings → Backups & version history page (PAP-14765)

New company settings page surfacing the PAP-14639 durability work:
- Snapshot health cards (instance-state snapshot + database backup) from the
  /api/health probes, with healthy/attention/not-configured states + warnings.
- Version history: attributed per-company commit log from the state repo
  (subject, author, relative time, short hash) with an empty state and a
  git-bundle export link.
- Connect your repository: remote URL + company-secret token via the reused
  SecretBindingPicker, connect-and-test, test connection, edit, disconnect;
  connected / push-failing states; explicit never-force-push messaging.

Adds ui/api/stateRepo, extends the health type with backup/snapshot fields,
wires the route + CompanySettingsSidebar nav entry.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
