DottaandPaperclip b1566ca494 perf(daytona): avoid log-follow delay for completed session commands (#16468) ...

A completed Daytona session command now reads final separated logs without waiting for a new log-follow socket. Running commands retain streaming, recovery, and the existing total deadline.

Verified with full repository typecheck/build, standalone provider typecheck/build, 395 passing provider cases, real immutable-image Daytona command controls, and fresh exact-head full CI/E2E and Apex 5/5.
