Devin Foley a4ab7fbdf3 fix(ui): lock structural package controls while an import runs

Structural configuration edits (URL, source mode, target, collision
strategy) clear the rendered preview, and the import status panels live
inside the preview section — so an edit landing mid-import unmounted the
running import's progress panel and its eventual failure state. Disable
the structural controls while an import is pending, mirroring the preview
lockout and its inline explanation; the name and pause fields stay
editable since they never unmount the preview. Component tests assert the
lockout while pending and the unlock after settle.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
