Preserve a valid saved monitor after its successful source releases execution and checkout. Recheck accepted result identity, receipts, ownership and governance under the task lock. Notify the existing scheduler once and preserve accepted live and recovered replies.

Apex 5/5 after fixing its reply-presentation finding. All CI checks, 191 focused tests, 293 broader native tests, workspace typecheck and server build pass. Hosted effects require staging verification.
