Devin FoleyandPaperclip 96f72be88e Debounce MutationObserver and selectionchange in MarkdownEditor

The MutationObserver for mention decoration fired decorateProjectMentions
synchronously on every character change, querying all links and writing
to the DOM on each keystroke. The selectionchange listener similarly ran
checkMention (which calls getBoundingClientRect) on every cursor move.

Coalesce both into single requestAnimationFrame callbacks so multiple
rapid mutations/selections batch into one decoration pass per frame.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
