Use only the explicitly sanitized COPILOT_GITHUB_TOKEN binding and preserve typed authentication diagnostics. Exercise missing-key cleanup and subsequent explicit credential admission, and make the packaged initialize smoke hermetic with a metadata-only loopback fixture.
