Reconcile forward git-worktree branch records inside the heartbeat runtime when the experimental flag is enabled, and carry the reconciled branch through realization, persisted reuse, and finalization.

Add an embedded-Postgres regression covering a parent run that moves a shared execution workspace branch forward, a git-handoff child that reuses the reconciled workspace without a second reconcile, and an isolated sibling workspace record that remains untouched.
