DottaandClaude Opus 4.8 8b99cee9c5 fix(ui): trigger sidebar peek on iPad Safari with a trackpad

iPadOS Safari never flips the `(hover: hover) and (pointer: fine)` media
query when a trackpad/mouse is attached, so `pointerCanPeek` stayed false
and the collapsed-sidebar hover peek never opened even though a real cursor
was driving the UI (PAP-10725).

Detect a fine pointer at runtime: a genuine mouse/trackpad emits pointer
events with `pointerType: "mouse"` (touch → "touch", Pencil → "pen"), so
listening for the first such event unlocks peek without false-positives on
touch-only input. Peek capability is a one-way latch for the session.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.
