DottaandClaude Opus 4.8 8a1038be91 fix(ui): add vertical margin to composer handoff preview row (PAP-11281)

The 'No agent will be notified' / 'Wake' preview row sat flush against the
'Did you mean' mention coach box above it and the Send button row below it.
Wrap it in a my-2 spacer and skip the wrapper when the preview is empty so no
phantom margin is rendered.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
