Nicky LeachandPaperclip 7af9f4f68f build(deps): bump lexical and @lexical/link to 0.46.0

Completes dependabot PR #9069 by bumping both lexical and @lexical/link
from 0.35.0 to 0.46.0 (the versioned monorepo requires them in sync) and
fixing the 0.46.0 compatibility fallout:

- @mdxeditor/editor is hard-pinned to lexical ^0.35.0 (even latest 4.x),
  so a naive bump leaves two incompatible lexical copies and breaks the
  typecheck/build (our MentionAwareLinkNode extends @lexical/link@0.46.0
  LinkNode but is registered into mdxeditor's 0.35.0 editor). Force a
  single lexical 0.46.0 instance across the whole tree via pnpm
  overrides on lexical and every @lexical/* subpackage mdxeditor pulls.
- Update the vite/vitest `lexical` alias to the new 0.46.0 entry path
  (dist/Lexical.mjs); 0.35.0 exposed Lexical.mjs at the package root.

Verified: `tsc -b` clean, lexical unit tests pass, `vite build` succeeds.
Supersedes #9069.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
