Devin Foley 7608255e42 fix(ui): supersede settled import errors on every payload edit

File selection, conflict rename/confirm/skip, adapter overrides and
config, and continue-without-attachments all shape the next import
request but did not clear a settled failure, so the persistent panel
could keep describing a superseded request. Route them all through the
settled-state reset (pending requests remain untouched), and cover the
file-selection case in the component tests.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
