Version the goal-tree oracle against the product contract: ownership is optional unless requested, assigned owners must belong to the company, and normal Goals navigation plus public readback proves inspectability. Keep exact hierarchy, attribution, native work, explicit retry identity and progress assertions; keep original failed history.
