Use the existing live-status cache patch result to skip redundant task and history reads. Keep unknown-run discovery, lifecycle, activity, visibility, and reconnect recovery.

Verified with full build and typecheck, 9,047 UI tests, final context tests and counterfactual broad-refetch and missing-fallback failures, complete exact-head CI, and Greptile 5/5 Medium with no unresolved comments.
