Select fresh metadata for committed finalization and cleanup. Preserve full saved evidence for new finalization, cancelled workspace retention, and legacy Stop. PostgreSQL byte-budget and unchanged-row regressions pass, full CI is green, and Greptile scored the exact head 5/5.
