Dotta 587bf45d6f fix(openapi): register trigger and relay routes in OpenAPI spec ...

Add missing registerCurrentRoute entries and BOARD_ONLY_OPERATIONS
declarations for the 6 new tool-connection routes introduced by the
connector seam branch: connection triggers (CRUD), relay/register,
and oauth/claim. Fixes the openapi-routes test failure.
