DottaandPaperclip 8e50465a94 Fix better search QA blockers (PAP-3452)

- Add `search` to UI BOARD_ROUTE_ROOTS so sidebar Search and CommandPalette
  full-search handoff get the company prefix (e.g. /PAP/search?q=...) instead
  of landing on the unprefixed /search and triggering "Company not found".
- Improve fuzzy search for transposition typos. The previous pg_trgm
  similarity() fuzzy clause compared the entire query against the entire
  title, which collapses on adjacent-character swaps and dilutes against
  long titles. Switch the fuzzy clause to per-token word_similarity against
  title and identifier. Also expand each token of length >= 5 with
  drop-one-character variants so single-transposition typos (e.g. "serach"
  -> "search", "mibile" -> "mobile", "mobail" -> "mobile") recover via a
  near-substring match.
- On exact identifier auto-redirect, strip any #document-/#comment- suffix
  so the redirect lands on the issue root rather than the top-scored
  snippet deep link.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
