Preserve fresh skill-selection ordering when restoring versions from Postgres JSONB. Claim the existing native coordinator before retiring superseded warm sessions, while keeping shared attachment staging after verified retirement. Cover the normal native-admission phase, Stop, competing owners, real Runner suspension, and shared-workspace configuration continuity.
