Follow-up to board feedback on the inline comment panel: - Sort threads in document order (by normalizedStart/markdownStart), not recency, so the comment list stays congruent with the highlights. - Scroll the focused thread card into view in the pane whenever a thread becomes focused — both when a new comment is added (optimistic focus) and when its highlight is clicked in the document. - Strengthen the focused-thread outline (ring-2 ring-primary) so the selected comment is obvious in the list. - Tint a highlight's run on hover in the document so it's clear which highlight you're pointing at. - Carry the anchor's document position onto the optimistic thread so a freshly-posted comment sorts into the right spot immediately.
