scotttongandClaude Opus 4.8 3d3a769c33 PAP-88: remove Conference room + Artifacts nav items, routes & pages (D3)

Drop the two placeholder nav items from both classic and streamlined nav
(independent of the experimental flag per PAP-80 decision D3):
- Sidebar.tsx: remove the two SidebarNavItems + now-dead MessagesSquare/Package imports
- App.tsx: remove their routes and page imports
- company-routes.ts: drop conference-room/artifacts from BOARD_ROUTE_ROOTS
- delete placeholder pages ConferenceRoom.tsx and Artifacts.tsx
- company-routes.test.ts: remove the now-obsolete assertions

Grep clean; pnpm typecheck (ui) passes; company-routes unit test passes.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
